ACEN New Nurse Administrator Workshop
Registration Fee Policy & Procedure

Registrations Period:
The registration period may close at any time once space is filled to capacity.

Registration Fees: $175.00 per attendee

For payments not received by invoice due date, registrations may be cancelled and released to the public and/or to accommodate registrants on waiting status. All hotel reservations at the negotiated rate are dependent on availability. ACEN does not guarantee availability of hotel room rates.

Workshop registrations will be confirmed when fees are received. All fees must be paid prior to attendance of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy:
June 2013 Workshop (Registrations are closed. Filled to capacity)
All cancellation requests must be received by the ACEN in writing. Cancellations of confirmed registrations received on or before May 14, 2013 will be charged a $100.00 cancellation/processing fee per attendee. Registration fees are not refundable for cancellations after May 14, 2013; or for non-attendance.

January 2014 Workshop
All cancellation requests must be received by the ACEN in writing. Cancellations of confirmed registrations received on or before December 3, 2013 will be charged a $100.00 cancellation/processing fee per attendee. Registration fees are not refundable for cancellations after December 3, 2013; or for non-attendance.

Important Information:
Please do not make any travel or hotel arrangements until you receive confirmation from the ACEN office. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with information on receiving the ACEN negotiated hotel group rate.
